Shipping Destinations

We currently focus on shipping to the United States. Availability for other destinations will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost

We offer free tracked standard shipping to supported destinations.

Processing and Delivery

Orders require processing before shipment. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods, or an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take a short time to update after shipment.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Taxes and Import Charges

Import taxes, customs duties, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your shipment is substantially delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
