When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been shipped.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order enters fulfillment.

Motreva reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in cases including:

• Payment processing problems;
• Incorrect customer information;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the eligible amount through the original payment method.

Section 4 – Order Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

An order may be canceled only before it has been shipped. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing and order-handling costs.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled if processing or shipment has already started.

Section 5 – Prices, Promotions, and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may vary depending on your selected country or region.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other local fees may be charged according to the laws of the destination country.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. Motreva does not intentionally store complete payment card details on its own systems.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Motreva offers worldwide shipping.

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment warehouses. We do not guarantee that every product will be dispatched from a specific country or facility.

Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

At this time, Motreva does not offer express shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Section 7 – Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
